Pineapples took well to Florida‘s sandy soils and were another reliable crop for our states earliest pioneers. Serrano peppers are slightly hotter and significantly more flavorful than jalapeño peppers and we combine them with the rich, savory flavor of pineapple, along with a hint of Keylime to create preserves that are multi-purpose.
