I primarily buy these for the best homemade beef jerky. Slice them up thin, marinade them in whatever jerky seasoning you like, mix in the bag for a couple days, and dehydrate. Mmmm-mmm. You will appreciate the strong beef flavor for days with one of these roasts. Amazing.
