Quincey Beef

We are proud to offer direct-to-the-consumer quality beef products. Cattle are born, raised, fed and harvested right here in the great state of Florida. From individually packaged steaks to sides of beef, we have a variety of options to meet every consumers’ needs.

How It All Started

The pandemic has brought trials to every industry. In March of 2020, restaurant shutdowns backed up our harvest-ready cattle, local grocery stores struggled to keep up with consumer demand, all paired with a bottle neck in the supply chain. We saw our community was in need. Quincey Beef was born with a mission to supply the community directly with quality beef. We never imagined the warm reception and encouragement to maintain this entity going forward.

Florida Cattle Ranchers

We are proud founders, members and distributors of Florida Cattle Ranchers, LLC beef products. This branded beef program is deeply rooted in Florida cattleman tradition with intentional focus on integrity and supporting our fellow cattle ranchers. The cattle are supplied by Florida cattlemen and fed to harvest right herein Levy County, Florida.

On The Farm

Our beef products can be purchased directly on the farm. We offer a variety of USDA-inspected, individually-packaged beef cuts along with other local Florida products: pork sausage, honey, BBQ sauce, salsa, hot sauce and more.
