About Our Harvest-Ready Cattle
We now offer live harvest-ready cattle that have been developed on our ranch and are ready for processing. These Angus cattle are from our private herd through our original B&Q brand and offer unmatched genetics that have proven quality for decades. Last year the 900 cattle we harvested from this herd boasted an 85% USDA Choice or Better (Prime) grade by USDA Inspectors providing consistent quality in every animal.
Coming from our most prestigious program, our cattle are GAP 4 Certified through the Global Animal Partnership and are never given any antibiotics or hormones. Additionally, these cattle are raised on pastureland and are audited regularly for the utmost practices in Animal Welfare. With quality and traceability in mind, this program offers a Fresh from Florida product that is rivaled by none.
