Quincey Cattle Beef previously partnered with Feeding Florida to provide high-quality roasts such as London Broils, Chuck Roasts, and Rump Roasts to All-Faith Food Bank in southwest Florida. These roasts were distributed to families in need, ensuring they could enjoy a high-quality Christmas meal at their dinner table this year. In total, the Quincey Cattle Beef team labeled and packed approximately 8,700 roasts over the course of a month in order to fulfill the need before Christmas. This was a tremendous feat for our small team, and we were so grateful for the opportunity to feed Floridians in need.
Don and Donna Quincey of Quincey Cattle, alongside the Feeding Florida team, convened with state representatives in Tallahassee this past week to discuss strategic solutions for Florida’s food insecurity and the urgent need for quality nutrition. To expand support for Florida’s underserved communities, they leveraged performance data from past food drives to advocate for additional funding. Success in these efforts ensures that more deserving Florida families gain access to the high-quality, home- grown beef they deserve, strengthening our local food systems and community health.
